Pilates on the Dock Lake Las Vegas's original outdoor mat Pilates experience — now in our third year on the water.

Do I need Pilates experience to attend? Not at all. Our sessions are beginner friendly and designed to welcome all fitness levels. If you can roll out a mat, you belong on the dock.

What should I bring? Bring your yoga mat, a towel (the dock gets hot!), a stainless tumbler to keep your drinks cold, and your best themed outfit. Hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are strongly recommended.

What is included in my ticket? Every ticket includes your mat Pilates session, complimentary water, coconut water, and sweet treats provided by Fed Up Kitchen. Paddleboard add-ons are available for an additional fee.

Where exactly is the dock located? We are located at Lake Las Vegas Water Sports in Henderson, NV. Exact details and parking instructions are sent to all registered guests upon ticket purchase.

Are your events really themed? Do I have to dress up? Yes and yes — but no pressure. Every event has a dress code and our community goes all in. Dressing up is half the fun and makes for the best photos. Come as you are or come in full costume — either way you are welcome on the dock.
